Anti Roll Bar

Hi all, with the engine rebuild on my S1 4.2 FHC coming together I am looking over the front suspension while the engine is out. The front anti roll bar has been hit at some time and is bent. Would anyone recommend fitting an uprated bar - and if so, what size would be suggested? It is for a road car. Many thanks.
