#1 Cant rail beading

Any know where I can get a chrome bead for my passenger side cant rail.

Think its unavailable but some have used the long bonnet chrome which is very similar if not the same...Steve

Hello Steve,
If for a 2+2, the bonnet moulding is not long enough, for sure and perhaps not long enough for a FHC.

I've not handled the material, but SNGB supply a plastic chrome look alike beading (used to edge the rear door hinge covers) to use as a replacement for the Cant Rail trim moulding.

The bonnet chrome strip is long enough for the FHC, I used them on mine.
A little needs trimming off the end, but it is made of brass.

You have to be very careful with the shaping, otherwise it will kink.
I used the cant rail itself as a former (without trim).
