Post by tim wood » Tue Mar 01, 2011 7:03 pm

Hi there. Just a quick bit of advice please. Does anyone know if the thicker brake discs from a Mk10 jaguar will fit to the e type asa direct swap. i seem to recall reading that this was a common mod back in the 60,s

thanks

Tim

Nevr done it but I belive the saloon discs were slightly larger diameter, hence bracket required to mount cylinders further out. Series 2 E-type discs are thicker only 1/2 instead of 3/8"
