#1 SU carb and fuel pump threads

Post by abowie » Sat Jul 16, 2022 5:22 am

It's cold, pouring with rain and my MK2 is still at the dyno so I've got nothing to do.

So, here's a list of fasteners and their threads, garnered from scouring the internet and measuring parts I have in the shed.

Additions and corrections are welcome!

Also, here's the best resource I found for looking up thread dimensions.

You should move to a warm country. We’re expecting 40C+ in England over the next few days.

Thanks Andrew,
Yes I get it…Still raining, windy & cold in sunny Queensland. It’s a long time since we’ve had a proper winter. Luckily it only lasts two weeks..
