Hello All,
Has anyone had any dealing with, or know the company, "Shop4Autoparts", EAC Parts Coventry GB, or Heritage Parts Centre?
I purchased a complete set of V12 cylinder head bolts from this company on the 24th Ultimo and received a confirmation of the order and payment from "EAC Parts Coventry GB". Then on the 27th Ultimo, coincidentally the same day the transaction actually appeared on my bank statement, I received an email with a letter head of a company named "Heritage Parts Centre" with an address in West Sussex, advising that all the parts weren't there to complete the order and asking if I wanted to get a price on the parts that were available or a refund. Initially I opted for a price on the parts they had, but after not receiving a reply in a timely manner, emailed them advising that I want a refund as I can't wait days to find out what the shortfall parts I would have to chase.
Since then, I've just got the run around, where in one email, the author states that he's frustrated in having to make a refund. I wrote back saying that his frustration can't be more than mine and my client's frustration, whom I feel doesn't believe the story from the seller I'm regurgitating.
The transaction was made with a Debit Card and the payment was made immediately I placed the order, yet from the 28th Ultimo to the 7th Inst. this company can't manage to organize a reversal. or refund of the transaction.
Regards,
Bill

Hi Bill....Iv never dealt with them..they all look like the same company....Shop4Autoparts has a large presence on ebay with good feedback...I know that dosnt mean much...Heritage parts looks a large group....but who knows what you get......it all looks ok?.....Steve edit...this it it i think ..same address as EAC https://www.heritagepartscentre.com/uk/ very mixed reviews from superb to thieves?.......I know it a bit late now but i always find credit card payments are better for the protection.....or via ebay for the ebay guarantee

Hello Steve,
Thanks for the reply. I paid via a Debit Cars, basically the same as a Credit Card, but my own money. I've put it with the bank to sort it out, but I lose AUD22.00 international transaction fee.
Regards,
Bill
