Rear brake cylinders R&R

Just for the record it is possible to R&R Series 1 rear brakes without removing the diff from the cage or the caliper frames from the diff.

We dropped the IRS, removed the front shocks and the baseplate, and were able to remove all 4 of the rear cylinders from the caliper frames, leaving the frames still bolted to the diff.

A couple of the bolts were tricky but we managed it.

Access for the hydraulic hard lines was tight but manageable without resorting to modifying spanners.

It took 3 of us a total of maybe 6 hours over a weekend. This included replacing the front flexible lines and the small trailing arm bushes on both sides, and bleeding the whole system.

We used the modern design Cobalt cylinders from Moss Motors. I had not previously had any experience with these. They were a good fit and seem to work well.
