My S3 starts perfectly, ignition on, let the fuel system prime, pull the choke up, and it starts. But, if I depress the acelerator to pull away, the choke closes nearly all the way, and unless I am quick and lift the choke lever it can stall.
Is this a V12 thing, or do I need a new cable/choke lever, or a clothes peg! (Mini thing)
S3 Choke operation
#2 Re: S3 Choke operation
Definitely a clothes peg, or a couple of these?

Also maybe check to see what shouldn't be rubbing against the choke cable(s) but is.
Shouldn't need to even start the car, just pull the choke on and under the bonnet rotate the throttle capstan, watching what happens to the end of the choke cable between the carbs. Both sides and adjust accordingly.
