Nice car and well filmed. This was a bit of deja vu for me, as I had the (original) Matchbox E-type, then, after watching the video, the You Tube suggestions for related videos came up with a clip from the my old Local news program, "Midlands Today", telling of the award from the I Mech E. This was the very program which, many years ago reported on the demise of the E-type (i.e. the end of production), near breaking my heart and instilling the desire to own one of these masterpieces one day!

A month ago, I finally completed the dream at the end of the eight year restoration, driving the car for the first time, then along comes this video of a very similar car to my own and the link to the aforementioned video, despite having moved halfway around the world!

Thanks for the post and I have to ask, what inspired everyone else to fall in love with the E-type?

Regards
