#1 Dash panels to convert LHD to RHD

Post by 265bhp » Thu Jul 04, 2013 2:07 pm

I see that new replacement panels can be bought direct from Hudson's for about ?80 each side, cheaper therefore than SNG

Perhaps others sell them also...?

But does anyone have any experience of the relative quality...or are they all in fact made from the same moulds and by the same people

Any experience of this please

Thanks
Jonathan

I use Hutson panels. Get them to trim them as well. Good quality parts a d the vinyl matches the centre panel.

I have heard of some people making a pattern out of wood and then using the pattern on the opposite side of the panel and warming the flanges up and knocking them them the other way around to make a RHD panel.
Never tried it or even thought about it much just repeating what some have said so offering another point of view.
