#1 Self Park Wipers
I seem to recall with my previous 1963 etype (26 years ago) that the wipers were self parking, but those on my present 1962 car are most definately not - so are they faulty and in what way? or was this a modification at some point?

They are faulty - they should park. Check the park switch is present through the centre dash. There is also a thumb screw on the LH bulkhead that allows adjustment of the park position. Give that a try first.

Incidentally - interesting that the photo should suddenly appear as I had done nothing in the interim!
