Does anybody know the exact dimension of the inner sill from the bulkhead please?

8 inches from the bulkhead face (Not the edge of the flanges as indicated in your picture) to the front face of the inner sill.

I've got 8-1/8" from the face of the bulkhead to the outside of the sill closing panel. That's confirmed by my notes, before I removed the original floors.
Another important dimension is needed when the outer sill is installed, so that the curve at the end of the sill matches up with the rear corner of the fender. So from the bulkhead face to the top end of the outer sill I have 19-3/8". This is mentioned in Colin Ford's Practical Classics article on bonnet fitting.
