seat belt bracket supplier

Late last week, after some extensive browsing on the forum, I found a post on seat belts in which a link forwarded me to a supplier of a bracket for inertia seat belts.
Basically this bracket is around 30 cm - 12 inches long, fitted to the mounting point at shoulder height above the rear wheels. It follows the shape of the wheel cover aka it is kind of "S" shaped and finishes just behind the door opening with the inertia seat belt.
I inserted a request on their website for a price quote, but did not get any feedback.
Unfortunately I cannot find the post back (been browsing the forum for 2 hours now), so I do not have a contact mail or tel.
Does the above description sound familiar? If so can anybody help me with a link to their website, or any other website which might supply a similar bracket?
