Chance of a lifetime for someone to secure an original, wonder how much this one will make :?:

Quote: "For the first time in over a decade, a 1963 Jaguar E-Type lightweight competition model is headed to auction.

The stunning car, chassis number S850667, is very rare and has a legendary past. The Jaguar is the 10th example of only 12 ever built; it is an exceptionally well preserved and original example. The car itself is one of the most iconic British racing cars ever built, and features a renowned lightweight structure.

This E-type was Bob Jane’s Australian GT championship winning car. The car has only 4,000 miles on the clock and has had just 3 owners in its lifetime. It is in amazing condition, with large parts of the interior and exterior being entirely original.

This Jaguar E-Type is considered a coveted collector’s item. It will go on sale with Bonhams auction house at The Scottsdale Auction on the 19th January, and should sell for around £6 million."

Probably a good investment, however, I could make £6m go quite a lot further if that is all I had.
