41322B is a late series 2 distributor with vacuum retard. It is the Lucas part number for that specific distributor. The model number is, I believe, a 22D6 of which various versions were produced to suit various applications. So if it is a cap and rotor you need then look for a cap for a 22D6 and rotor arm to suit.

Just tried to look at this part online since I find one and I want to sell it. Try to estimate it value but when I searched for 41322B I didn't find anything.
So the model number is 22D6 and the specific for the E Type MKII is 41322B? What are the 2 numbers refer to?

all depends on condition really. I expect between £150 for non refurbished and £250 if it has been properly refurbished.
Put it on eBay and let the market decide.
The other numbers are the manufacturing date - week/year

I would not regard such a distributor as having much value at all, as it is purely a USA emissions spec distributor . I should put it on e bay and see if you get any bids

One question is do you really want one that works that way or one that just looks right, do you still have the twin Strombergs? The auto retard was another performance sapping modification on top of the twin stranglers to reduce NOx emissions I think. No vac/retard at all might be a improvement. It is the only engine I have ever heard of having vac retard.
It is obvious externally whether it is vac advance or vac retard, so you can't fake that - if you need to look 'correct'. Distributor Doctor will restamp a similar dizzy body with the 'correct' date and precise Lucas part numbers, I did that when getting my dizzy serviced by them. I think it was £25 extra.
