Hi folks I am in the process of stripping down my IRS and have noticed that there is slight rubbing on the top of it where it appears to hit the bump strip. I was wondering if this is a sign that the shocks or the spings are in need of replacement? Or could it be something else

Hi Simon, is it on the sides of the bump stops where the tyre has been making contact?
Out of interest, what size tyres are you running on the rear as 205s may well rub.
