#1 SNGB Customer Survey

Post by Heuer » Thu Mar 22, 2018 4:12 pm

Julian Barratt has been in touch asking if he could get feedback from Forum members on the service they receive on the new SNGB web site. There is a short questionnaire here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/5XDWWRL and it would be helpful if you could take a minute to answer the six questions.

Done.

I suspect that it is no coincidence that the supplier with, in my experience, the friendliest, best and most informed customer service is the one asking these questions...

100% agree with earlier comments.

Love the new website and parts explosion diagrams.

Finally, on the odd occasion I do need to phone them I get a very impressive (and consistent) customer experience. My parts supplier of choice.

Don't fully agree. Many incorrect links on the site between the diagrams and parts. Full of spelling errors, too many pop ups, and altogether somewhat slower than the previous incarnation :(

I wish dimensions of some of the parts - especially their relabelling of bolts, setscrews etc was also given.
